Course Summary
Resiliency, recovering readily from difficulties, is more relevant to mental health struggles and recovery than licensed mental health professionals might recognize. Fragile children do not believe in themselves, lack confidence, give up quickly, and fear failure, which can lead to mental health issues later in life. Learning about resiliency’s many benefits will inspire participants to share new ideas with parents and teach children how to struggle well. Children need not be over-protected or rescued too soon from challenging experiences. However, they can grow through hard experiences and create resilience that will benefit them later in life.
