In this presentation, Dr. Gary Sibcy defines the foundation for interpersonal neurobiology and discusses the SECURE Model of Change.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n IPNB 102: Treating Chronic Depression: Using Empirically Supported Treatments that Work \u2013 Part 1<\/strong><\/p>\n Gary Sibcy, Ph.D.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Major Depressive Disorder is a relatively common mental health condition that affects both men and women. Although for some people, depression may improve with medical treatment alone, there are those for whom depression is chronic and resistant to treatment.
