About This Course

Sexual compulsivity continues to devastate individuals, couples, and families. This course will focus on enhancing mental health professionals, ministry leaders, and coaches' proficiency in addressing Compulsive Sexual Behavior Disorder (CSBD) through comprehensive assessment and effective treatment strategies. Participants will delve into the nuanced diagnostic criteria of CSBD, exploring its impact on individuals and relationships. Emphasis is placed on evidence-based assessment tools to accurately identify CSBD, ensuring counselors can adeptly differentiate between normative sexual behavior and pathological patterns. Treatment modalities and techniques tailored to the unique challenges posed by CSBD will be examined.
