Course Summary
Human flourishing is about living a full and meaningful life, shaped by strong relationships, a clear sense of purpose, emotional well-being, and a deep connection with God. This course helps individuals understand what it means to truly flourish by combining biblical truth with leading research, including insights from the Global Flourishing Study. It offers practical, everyday tools that support growth in areas like gratitude, kindness, spiritual maturity, and relational health. Participants will explore how simple, consistent habits can lead to lasting change in their mindset, relationships, and overall quality of life. With a foundation in Jesus’ promise of abundant life from John 10:10, this course equips people to live well and support others in doing the same. Whether serving in ministry, caregiving, or simply wanting to be a source of encouragement to others, learners will gain a clear and accessible path to promote spiritual and emotional growth in their homes, churches, and communities.
