As a Certified Human Flourishing Coach, you will be equipped to come alongside others, ask better questions, and help them make meaningful progress in every area of life.

Course Summary

Human flourishing involves more than momentary happiness or health. It reflects a life marked by resilience, purpose, spiritual vitality, emotional strength, and meaningful relationships. Building on foundational insights, this study focuses on the internal processes and practices that lead to sustained flourishing. Drawing from neuroscience, biblical wisdom, and character research, the content explores how the brain supports well-being, how people grow through adversity, and how mindset, forgiveness, and humility contribute to long-term transformation. Key spiritual practices (such as prayer, meditation, and reflection) are introduced as powerful tools that anchor a flourishing life in God’s presence and truth. Learners also examine the role of awe and transcendence in deepening intimacy with God, and how loving others in community encourages spiritual and relational growth. This course equips individuals to better understand what it means to live well and to help others grow in resilience, wholeness, and purpose across every area of life.
