Course Presenter 

Sharmen Kimbrough, M.A., has worked within the niche of narcissism and emotional abuse since 2015, and has become a leading voice in creating pathways to change that rebelliously challenge the status quo. She earned her master's degree in professional counseling from Liberty University in 2012, and also owns her own company, Live Found, Inc., which provides relationship coaching services throughout the United States and abroad. Her mission statement is to speak practical truth in dark places so people can apply it to their own hearts, their story, and their relational shenanigans. Currently, she works primarily with adults who are struggling to come out of hiding, isolation, and self-protection and helps them build a path toward authentic living and deeper relational connections. 

Course Lessons   

CNAR 101: Defining Narcissistic and Emotional Abuse

Narcissistic abuse is a more pervasive issue than commonly acknowledged and is not immune to happening within Christian circles. This lesson will summarize what narcissistic and emotional abuse looks like and clarify the nuances of destruction it perpetrates upon its victims.  

CNAR 102: Developing a Framework for Healing and Change 
Sharmen Kimbrough, M.A. 
In this lesson, Sharmen Kimbrough, M.A., will identify when individual versus couple's work is warranted and how to coordinate care with other professionals that are better equipped to address specific issues, especially trauma work. 

CNAR 103: Principles and Tools for the Path to Recovery

In this lesson, Sharmen Kimbrough, M.A., will discuss practical tools that can be used to guide your clients through a change process that will be lasting and beneficial.
